When it comes to getting children to keep their room “clean,” it helps to bring in a fresh voice to help show them how. The Design Studio of Somerville loves to introduce design into children’s lives at any age. After all, good design serves the same purpose for kids as it does for grown-ups: It creates a pleasing, functional space for them.

We are happy to include your child in the process (your call). Feel free to bring children into our showroom where we can ask questions, listen, and discover what may be pleasing to them and to you.

From early on, you can teach your young family members about the function of a room from the way the toys are organized to keeping a study area orderly. Believe it or not, they will come to understand the importance of design in keeping their rooms organized.
